The Role

As a Prompt Engineer at BluCactus India, you won’t just be assisting — you’ll be leading the development of our internal AI infrastructure. From building automated onboarding agents to writing high-converting outreach prompts, your work will impact marketing campaigns, internal processes, and client delivery across continents.

You’ll be expected to think strategically, write clearly, and execute with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Write and optimise advanced prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs
Build structured prompt libraries and reusable GPTs for marketing, sales, HR, and admin tasks
Design and deploy AI Agents that automate key roles like appointment setting, report generation, onboarding, and talent screening
Implement and manage automation workflows using Make.com and Zapier
Conduct real-time industry research using Perplexity.ai to support campaign strategy and proposal development
Develop AI video content with HeyGen and Photo AI for outreach, training, and client presentations
Collaborate with project managers, ad specialists, and developers across India, the US, and Europe
Document SOPs, prompt structures, and AI-driven workflows for internal implementation

Educate team members on prompt writing best practices, use cases, and tone consistency

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills:

Strong command of English and exceptional copywriting ability
Experience writing clear, structured prompts: role, context, format, examples
Ability to break down processes and turn them into automations or AI tasks
Experience using Make or Zapier for task-based workflows
Comfortable working independently and in collaboration across time zones
Residing in India, available during Indian business hours (some overlap with EU/US teams preferred)

Preferred:

Experience working in a marketing agency, SaaS company, or startup environment
Familiarity with video generation and personalisation tools like HeyGen or Opus Clip
Background in AI automation, content marketing, outreach, or campaign strategy
Understanding of how to build “AI employees” that replace full human workflows
Excitement to work on global fashion, wellness, or lifestyle campaigns
